At Dog is Human, we want you and your pup to be completely satisfied with your premium apparel and accessories. If your order isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are free of pet hair and signs of wear.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
